Insight of Panauti

This easy full-day tour takes you through one of Nepal’s oldest towns and its surrounding countryside.

We start at the Bike Station and cycle through the old town of Panauti, visiting historic sites like

Indreshwar Temple and the confluence at Triveni Ghat. The town’s ancient streets give you a real feel

for local life and culture.

Leaving town, the trail climbs gently toward Sunthan village, known for its orange orchards. We’ll

take a break here to enjoy the fresh air and peaceful surroundings.

Next, the route leads to Khopasi, home to Nepal’s 3rd-oldest hydropower station and a local silk farm.

After exploring these sites and enjoying a cup of Nepali masala tea, we cycle back to Panauti through

small villages like Malpi and Taukhal.
